This is a privately maintained website summarizing some of the software and datasets which are out in the Internet for free and can be used in particular with respect to disaster preparedness and management.

The focus will be on Open-Source software, freeware and freely available datasets, tutorials and related information.

The main reason for setting this up is the faster publishing (and updating) than e.g. at University and a wider range of information I try to put on here with the time.
